Music in the Burnhams joins forces with the Museum of Music History and BBC Radio 4 to provide 14 very special events. We have concerts, a festival cafe open all week, a festival cocktail bar, free talks and, on 19 July, we launch with an Evensong Service at 3pm in St Marys, Westgate, Burnham Market featuring St Martin's Voices, which will be broadcast as the BBC Radio 4 Daily Service. 8am Holy Communion at St Marys Westgate, Burnham Market (on the green)
10 am Holy Communion at St Marys Westgate, Burnham Market (on the green)
3:00pm Choral Evensong with the St Martin's Singers at St Marys Westgate, Burnham Market (on the green)
This special festival event is in conjunction with BBC Radio
We hope that you will find a very warm welcome in our special buildings. We place emphasis on worship and prayer, bible teaching, giving space for people to meet Jesus and building community. We use the contemporary and traditional liturgical services of the Church of England, with traditional evensong at 6:30pm.
There is also morning prayer each week at St Marys Westgate, Burnham Market at 8:30am on Mondays; at St Margarets, Burnham Norton at 8:30am on Thursdays; and a Holy Communion (BCP) service at All Saints Sutton, Burnham Market at 9:30am on Wednesdays.
